1. CONSOLIDATING WITH CARE
Organizing, Sorting, Decluttering
Help seniors decide what to keep, sell, give to family, donate or dispose of.
2. MOVE PLANNING
Develop an overall move plan for transition: when you would like to move and what type of community best fits your changing needs.
3. FLOOR PLANNING
Work with Senior and community to decide best way to set new residence for comfort and safety.
4. PACKING
Coordinate with senior packing of current residence.
5. FACILITATE MOVE
Be present for the load, unload and placement of furniture(per floor plan), to help ease the stress involved in moving day.
6. UNPACKING/SET-UP
Unpacking in new residence to seniors specifications, set-up of new residence: hanging pics, tv, misc. on walls.
7. POST MOVE SERVICES
Liquidation, Donation, Shredding, Trash, and Chemical disposal.
Arrange and facilitate a post-move plan for clearing out the residence for sale.
8. RELATED SERVICES
Realtor, Handyman, House Cleaner, Car Service, Freight Forwarder, In-Home Care Helpers.
Help arrange any related services that may be needed.
